PROCESSING

The customer selects the hair bundles and or closures and or frontals.
The customer pays for their order
The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The processing period for your order
The processing time begins after the customers payment has cleared into our business account. This processing period can take up to 3 – 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time involves receiving hair from our vendors, which can take up to 3 business days, from the time your payment clears. Processing period takes longer for wigs. Processing period is extended 1 – 5 business days during sale period.
After the processing period you will receive an order fulfillment email. Along with your tracking number
Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority mailed, 2 – 4 business days U.S., 6 – 10 business days international.
Your billing and shipping address must match!
All orders require a signature for delivery
Orders are processed through Pay Pal
Remember all time frames are approximate.
CANCELLATION
Customs may cancel their order, if the cancellation is placed within 48 hours of the original order. There’s a $25.00 fee deducted for all cancellation.
WIG POLICY
Processing and Shipping Times
Ready to ship wigs have 4 days processing and shipping when orders are placed before 2pm EST. Orders placed after will be shipped the following business day. Packages are shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2-3 days shipping (US orders). We are not responsible for any lost, delayed or damaged packages after you receive your tracking number via USPS
MADE TO ORDER WIGS
Made to order wigs, can take up to 7 days to process. It also takes 7 days for receiving the hair and constructing the wigs. We are not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs if you failed to provide us with correct head measurement size After that time is over, the hair is shipped using USPS Priority Mail 2 – 3 business days shipping (US orders).
RETURN EXCHANGE
It is our policy returns are not accepted. If you are unsatisfied with your wigs, we will try to accommodate you, but no refunds or exchanges will be rendered.
REFUNDS
There will be no refunds on ready to ship wigs, made to order wigs or wigs construction services.
